Guns Roll Dice
Guns roll dice when they shoot. From the Grenade Launcher’s splash radius, to the Chickenshot’s transform duration, to the Shotgun’s projectile count…no two guns use dice the same way.
Loot many kinds of dice during combat—plain dice, loaded dice, multiplier dice, and more—and add them to your weapons in between waves.
Dice Trigger Mods
All guns have slots to equip mods. When a gun rolls its dice, it pattern-matches their roll results against the mods, Yahtzee style. If the patterns match, the mods trigger.
What effects do triggered mods have? Injecting poison, knocking back foes, detonating chickens, and healing health, to name a few. All mechanics are fair game for mod manipulation.
